My wife and I are a regular customer. My wife was born in 1989 which is 35 years old. Since she is a regular customer, I don't know why she has to show her ID every time she goes. Doesn't the manager SMART enough to remember their regular customer? If he is not smart enough to know his customer, I would recommend they should hire a new floorman manager who ls more capable appreciate the customer more.
If my wife get check ID, everyone should get their ID check. It is very unprofessional and racist of a petite woman.
Also, if you want to lose alot of money, then you go here because this casino is rig. On Baccarat, the whole shoe will not have a single dragon and panda. Also players or banker can go out like 9 times consecutively.
Always a good place for us to eat, night or day. Many choices that we love here. I’d come back on the sweet potato fries with ranch alone. All the servers are quick and kind. They even sell Pho too but there is a certain time for it. Also there is an age limit due to the casino. I highly recommend this place and it’s late night operating hours. 👍🏻
Great atmosphere, nice people playing all types of card games. Horse racing facilitie. Fun place for a weekend gamble.
Good, frequent service at tables. Floor was on top of things. Nice tables, chairs, dealers. Game was average (3/5).
It still has a long way to go...they make you pay for your players card!! Also the comp system is lacking..the dealers are great though!
My grandpa used to go to this casino years ago and he would always bring me chicken tenders and fries the restaurant closed so he goes to Chumash casino this year and two trees the restaurant has the same taste of the chicken tenders and fries
Floor staff was rude, seems like this place needs new and thoughtful employees. Wont be coming back, bad experience overall.
